Cancellation policy

STANDARD POLICY: Reservations must be canceled at least 15 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the deposit amount, equal to 100% of the total booking amount for one-night stays and 50% of the total booking amount for two-night stays or more, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 14 and 3 days of arrival will receive a refund of the deposit amount, equal to 100% of the total booking amount for one-night stays and 50% of the total booking amount for two-night stays or more, less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. Travel insurance is highly recommended. HOLIDAY POLICY: Reservations during major holidays, such as Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve, must be canceled at least 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the deposit amount, equal to 100% of the total booking amount for one-night stays and 50% of the total booking amount for two-night stays or more, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
