Cancellation policy

STANDARD POLICY: Reservations must be canceled at least 31 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the total deposit amount, equal to 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 31 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. Travel insurance is highly recommended. HOLIDAY POLICY: Reservations with arrivals between December through the first week of January must be canceled at least 91 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the total deposit amount, equal to 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 91 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
