Cancellation policy

STANDARD POLICY: Reservations must be canceled at least 15 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the total deposit amount, equal to two nights' room, taxes, and fees. Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. Travel insurance is highly encouraged. HOLIDAY POLICY: Reservations during the last two weeks of December and the first week of January must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the total deposit amount, equal to two nights' room, taxes, and fees. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. Travel insurance is highly encouraged.
