Cancellation policy

MAIN LODGE & VIKING LODGE: (January 7 - May 31, October 1 - December 18) Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund of the total deposit amount, equal to the first night's room and tax. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of the total booking amount. (June 1 - September 30, December 19 - January 6) Reservations must be canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the total deposit amount, equal to the first night's room and tax. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the total booking amount. LAKEFRONT CONDOMINIUMS: Reservations must be canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the deposit amount, equal to the first night's room and tax, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the total booking amount. LUXURY HOMES: Reservations must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the deposit amount, equal to the first night's room and tax, less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the total booking amount.
