Embark on a journey back in time, where history meets modern luxury.

What it's like

With a history that now spans three centuries, The Wilmington Inn has quite the story to tell. Originally constructed as a private residence in 1894, the building served many purposes before being converted into a cozy inn during the 1950s. Since then, guests have been captivated by Wilmington's charm. In recent years, the property has been carefully renovated with the goal of providing modern amenities while preserving and celebrating its rich history.

That's why every accommodation has high-speed WiFi, personal control of the room's climate, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious personal bathroom. Some rooms even feature gas fireplaces and jetted bathtubs! Onsite parking for all guests and electric vehicle charging stations are also available. Unsure of what to do during your visit to Wilmington? Be sure to ask the Inn's staff, as they'll help you plan your perfect outing.

Eat and drink

Every stay includes a hearty, homemade Vermont country-style breakfast. The Inn's specialties include delicious pancakes and a cast iron frittata with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Each item is prepared to order and served with local Vermont maple syrup. In the afternoon, savor a homemade treat and beverage while enjoying the view of Wilmington from the front porch. The Wilmington Inn is also home to a flock of hens, which supply all the fresh eggs for the daily breakfast and baked treats. So make sure to visit the chickens during your stay!
