Cancellation policy

Regular cancellation policy: Refundable if canceled before 11 am, in the time zone where the hotel is located, five (5) days or more prior to your arrival date. For Standard stays longer than seven (7) nights, reservations are refundable if canceled before 11 am, in the time zone where the hotel is located, thirty (30) days or more prior to your arrival date. The first night's room charge and tax are required to guarantee your reservation and must be charged at the time of the booking. This fee is non-refundable. Reservations that have been guaranteed with a credit card and/or deposit and/or prepayment are held for you until arrival. If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.
