WINTER DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable deposit for the first night's room and tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival and is also non-refundable and non-changeable. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit the total deposit amount. Cancellations and modifications made within 30 days of arrival forfeit 100% of the total booking amount, including the nightly resort amount. Travel insurance can be purchased through The Chateaux Deer Valley or a third-party travel insurance provider. SUMMER DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit for the first night's room and tax is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of the total deposit amount. Cancellations and modifications made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the total deposit amount. Travel insurance can be purchased through The Chateaux Deer Valley or a third-party travel insurance provider.
